Recommendation
Adopt Resolution #2024-064 and approve an agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and the Alabama Department of Transportation for operation and maintenance of a traffic control signal on the Baldwin Beach Express at County Road 32.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: In November 2023, Baldwin County and the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) agreed to transfer maintenance of the Baldwin Beach Express from Baldwin County to ALDOT. Maintenance of the existing traffic control signal at the Baldwin Beach Express and County Road 32 will be retained by Baldwin County. Executing this traffic control signal maintenance agreement will memorialize continued maintenance by Baldwin County.
