STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the termination of the Computer Software Support Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission (Baldwin County Legislative Delegation) and Ascendant App, Inc, for use of Constituent Relationship Management computer software and system, approved during the March 21, 2023, Baldwin County Commission Regular Meeting (Agenda Item CH2); and
2) Notify Ascendant App, Inc with the required written notification of termination as stated in the Agreement, said termination effective March 21, 2024.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Cliff McCollum, Legislative Delegation Constituent Services Director, on behalf of Senator Chris Elliot, requests the Computer Software Support Agreement be terminated due to the Legislative Delegation no longer using the services upon the expiration date of March 21, 2024.
Previous Commission action/date: March 21, 2023 - Approved the Computer Software Support Agreement with Ascendant App, Inc for Baldwin County Legislative Delegation.
