STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Award the lowest quote to Industrial Boiler & Mechanical Company, Inc., in the amount of $48,121.39 for the purchase and installation of one (1) new boiler at the Baldwin County Central Annex Building located in Robertsdale, Alabama, and authorize the Chairman to execute the Public Works Contract and the Certificate of Compliance.
Contract effective after full execution for 30 days after receipt of equipment.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Commission approved in the FY 2024 Budget the purchase and installation of one (1) new boiler for the Baldwin County Central Annex Building located in Robertsdale, Alabama. Two (2) quotes were received. The lowest quote was received from Industrial Boiler & Mechanical Company, Inc., in the amount of $48,121.39. Staff recommends the Commission award the quote to Industrial Boiler & Mechanical Company, Inc. and authorize the Chairman to execute the Public Works Contract and the Certificate of Compliance.
