STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve the Agreement for Professional Services between the Baldwin County Commission and Aaron Media Services for the recording and production of historical documentaries. The terms of the Agreement will be effective on April 14, 2024, and shall terminate upon the expiration of thirty-six (36) months on April 14, 2027.
Approval is contingent upon receipt of Certificate of Liability Insurance (Exhibit B).

Documentary films capture vital moments of history and culture that are at risk of being lost if we don’t pay attention to their preservation. A documentary can help us to connect with our past, share our stories, and connect with future generations.
Staff is requesting the Commission approve the Agreement for Professional Services for the recording and production of documentaries for the Archives and History Department to assist in preserving important events, information and stories of the County and its citizens for the Commission.
Previous Commission action/date: April 4, 2023 - Approved the Clarification Agreement for Professional Services for Baldwin County Commission Historical Documentaries from April 14, 2023, to April 14, 2024.
April 5, 2022 - Approved a Renewal and Clarification Agreement with Aaron Media Services for the recording and production of documentaries from April 14, 2022, to April 14, 2023.
February 17, 2021 - Approved an Agreement with Aaron Media Services for the recording and production of documentaries from April 13, 2021, to April 14, 2022.
February 11, 2020 - Approved an Agreement for Professional Services with Aaron Media Services for the recording and production of documentaries from April 6, 2020, to April 6, 2021.
December 26, 2019 - Approved a Renewal Agreement for Professional Services with Aaron Media Services for the recording and production of documentaries from April 5, 2019, to April 6, 2020.
