STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve License Agreement #23032 permitting Scott Green to construct a concrete driveway to access his property on Our Road in Gulf Shores, Alabama.
The term of this agreement shall commence on the date of full execution. License Agreement shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. on October 31, 2024. Maintenance shall be indefinite according to the terms of the agreement or until modified by written agreement with Licensor.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Scott Green desires to construct a concrete drive to access his property. Licensee shall have the property surveyed and staked prior to performing any work thereon. All improvements constructed by the licensee shall be maintained by the licensee for any and all portions of the property that is not county maintained. No further development shall be allowed until a new agreement is obtained. Any damage to private property or county right-of-way shall be repaired by the licensee to the previous state or improved as required by Baldwin County.
