Authorize the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the Fiscal Year 2024 Resurfacing Projects as design plans and specifications are completed.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Highway Department has identified the attached list of roads for the FY 2024 Resurfacing Plan. They will be grouped and advertised for bids as plans and specifications are completed.

September 28, 2023 - Adopted the Baldwin County Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Budget (Resolution #2023-186 and Resolution #2023-187).
