STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the sale of two vehicles on GovDeals.com through the Clerk/Treasurer as defined by Baldwin County Commission Policy #8.8:
2005 Ford F150 Regular Cab VIN 1FTRF12245NB95976 (127,261.9 MILES)
2007 Ford F150 Super Crew Cab VIN 1FTRW1497KB82970 (241,800.5 MILES); and
2) Authorize funds from the sale of the vehicles to be deposited into the Baldwin County Commission’s General Fund.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Both vehicles have become unreliable and require costly repairs. The vehicles were used to transport detention resident meals and detention residents to medical appointments. Staff recommends both vehicles be sold on GovDeals.com in “where is, as is” condition with no warranty (expressed or implied) by online auction as defined by Baldwin County Commission Policy 8.8.
