Approve on-call consultant Jade Consulting, LLC, to perform construction engineering and inspection (CE&I) services for the County Road 6 Boat Launch Project with CE&I fees not to exceed $317,000.00.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Highway Department has selected Jade Consulting, LLC, to perform CE&I services for the County Road 6 Boat Launch Project.
The County Road 6 Boat Launch supports the County Commission’s adopted strategic priorities for Growth & Infrastructure Balance and Protecting the Natural Environment by providing a new public water access and park space that utilizes low impact design methods.
Previous Commission action/date:
September 21, 2021 - Adopted Resolution #2021-128 and approved the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget allocating $300,000.00 for Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for the County Road 6 Boat Launch.
September 20, 2022 - Adopted Resolution #2022-165 and approved the Fiscal Year 2023 Budget allocating $100,000.00 for Construction Engineering and Inspection Services for the County Road 6 Boat Launch.
