STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve License Agreement #24014 permitting the City of Loxley to install 271 feet of 2-inch water main and a ¾-inch service line on the north side of Lescali Drive in Loxley, Alabama; and
2) Authorize the County Engineer to execute Utility Permit #24173-W.
The term of this agreement shall commence on the date of full execution. License for installation shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. on October 30, 2024. License for maintenance shall be indefinite according to the terms of the agreement.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The City of Loxley desires to install 271 feet of 2-inch water main on the north side of Lescali Drive and a ¾-inch water service to 13161 Lescali Drive in Loxley. (The Baldwin County Utility Permit Guidelines shall be utilized in pursuit of the attached Utility Permit # 24173-W. Any damage to private property or County right-of-way shall be repaired to the previous state or improved as required by Baldwin County. Appropriate erosion and sediment control practices shall be utilized, and no clearing shall take place. Any further development shall not be allowed until a new agreement is obtained.
