STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve License Agreement #24017 permitting W. Shane Osmer to fill in a gully on Perdido Bay Park right-of-way for stabilization.
The term of this agreement shall commence on the date of full execution. License for installation shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2024. License for maintenance shall be indefinite according to the terms of the agreement.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: W. Shane Osmer desires to fill in a gully located on Perdido Bay Park right-of-way and matching grades of the surrounding area. Solid sod will then be placed for permanent stabilization. Any damage to County property shall be repaired to the previous state or improved as required by Baldwin County. Appropriate erosion and sediment control practices shall be utilized, and no clearing shall take place. All improvements constructed by Licensee shall be maintained by the Licensee for any and all portions of the property that is not County maintained. The Licensee shall have the property surveyed and staked prior to performing work. Any further development shall not be allowed until a new agreement is obtained.
