Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the GPS Insight, Inc. Monitoring Renewal Agreement. The terms of the agreement are for three (3) years, commencing upon execution and delivery of said Agreement.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: GPS Insight is a tracking system being utilized by five (5) Animal Control vehicles to make dispatching efforts more efficient. The system tracks which vehicles are closest to a new call, resulting in less mileage on fleet vehicles and faster response times. GPS Insight, Inc. also provides simple-to-use GPS technology that provides complete visibility into Balwin County Commission’s fleet operations.
The cost will be $24.95 per month, per unit, equaling $1,497.00 annually, for a total of $4,491.00 over the three (3) year term of contract.
Previous Commission action/date: 02/18/2020 - Approved GPS Insight Solution Monitoring Agreement. The terms of the agreement were for 3 years commencing upon execution and delivery of said Agreement.
