BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on June 3, 2024, at 1:30 P.M. Four (4) bids were received. Three (3) of the bidders did not bid on all of the items listed on the “Target List” as required in the specifications. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid for the Provision of Aftermarket Heavy Duty Truck Parts to the lowest responsible bidder, who met all the specifications, FleetPride, Inc., per the Award Listing.
