STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve the issuance of 140 - Special Events Retail license by the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board to Bottles Up Mobile Inc d/b/a Belforest Pointe, for a one-time special event, located at 26503 Highway 181, Daphne, Alabama 36526.
This is a 140 - Special Events Retail (7 days or less) non-renewable license. The event will be held Thursday, June 27, 2024.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Site maps and photos forthcoming from staff. Staff has verified the proposed use is allowed and the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office does not oppose the issuance of the license.
Licensed area will be barricaded to control entrance/exit. Beer, wine, and liquor to be sold. No alcoholic beverages are allowed to leave the licensed premises.
