STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Authorize the Chairman to sign a Reciprocal Clinic Usage Agreement with the City of Auburn, Alabama, agreeing that
a) Baldwin County's employees (and their spouses and dependents) may be treated at the clinic(s) established by Symbol Health Solutions, Inc. for the City of Auburn; and
b) the City of Auburn's employees (and their spouses and dependents) may be treated at the clinic(s) established by Symbol Health Solutions, Inc. for Baldwin County.
(Neither the City of Auburn nor Baldwin County shall charge the other, Symbol, or the patients for reciprocal access.)
