STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Award Bid #WG24-38 for the Provision of Pressure Washing Services for the Baldwin County Commission to the lowest bidder, Creek Clean, LLC, as per the Award Listing and authorize the Chairman to execute the Contract.
The Contract shall be effective immediately upon the same date as its full execution for a period of twelve (12) months with the option to extend for two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on July 31, 2024, at 1:30 P.M. Six (6) bids were received. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid for the Provision of Pressure Washing Services for the Baldwin County Commission to the lowest bidder, Creek Clean, LLC, as per the Award Listing.
