Background: The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located in Planning District 22, north of Woerner Road. The applicant is asking to rezone to RSF-1, Residential Single-Family District.
Staff recommends DENIAL and the Planning Commission considered this request at their July 11, 2024, meeting and voted 9-1 to recommend DENIAL to the County Commission.
