Memorialize for the record the Order Granting License to Establish Private Cemetery (Case No. 44538) by the Baldwin County Judge of Probate dated May 8, 2025, granting a license to Patrick E. Foster and Kaye B. Foster, owners of the real property upon which the proposed cemetery will be situated, to establish a private cemetery on said property located at 55055 State Highway 59, Stockton (Baldwin County), Alabama, and to be known as "Foster Family Cemetery."

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background:
April 15, 2025 - 1) Pursuant to the request from the Judge of Probate to consider an Application to Establish Private Cemetery submitted by Patrick Foster and Kaye Foster, owners of the real property upon which the proposed cemetery will be situated, approved the establishment of a private cemetery on said property, located at 55055 State Highway 59, Stockton (Baldwin County), Alabama; and 2) Authorized the Chairman to execute any and all necessary documents and / or orders related to the Baldwin County Commission's approval to establish the Foster Family Cemetery.
March 31, 2025 - Administration staff received an application from Patrick and Kaye Foster to establish a private cemetery, “Foster Family Cemetery” on their property located at 55055 State Highway 59, Stockton, Alabama.
March 24, 2025 - Baldwin County Health Department approved the proposed cemetery.
