Recommendation
Consider the applicant’s request to rezone the subject property from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, based on the information provided in the staff report and the public comments received.
Should the Commission determine that the request is consistent with the Zoning Ordinance, adopt Resolution #2026-122, which approves Case No. Z26-26, Gulf Coast Farm LLC Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 118 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 22 from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District.
