STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Reclassify the Mapper III position (#5372) grade 312 ($47,944.00 - $77,438.40 annually) to a Mapper I grade 309 ($41,683.20 - $67,142.40 annually); and

2) Approve the updated position descriptions for the Mapper I, Mapping Support Technician I, Personal Property Appraiser Trainee, Real Property Appraiser Trainee, Senior Real Property Analyst (part-time).
