STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Award Bid #WG25-28 for the Provision of Elevator Maintenance Services to the lowest bidder, Otis Elevator Company, per the Award Listing and authorize the Chairman to execute the Contract.

 

Contract effective the same date as its full execution for twenty-four (24) months with an option to renew for one (1) twelve (12) month period.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on June 13, 2025, at 1:30 P.M. Three (3) bids were received. The lowest bid was received from Otis Elevator Company, for the Provision of Elevator Maintenance Services. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid to the lowest bidder, Otis Elevator Company, per the Award Listing and authorize the Chairman to execute the Contract. Bid Tabulation attached for review.
