Recommendation

Approve the transfer of one (1) 2013 Chevrolet Impala VIN #2G1WF5E3XD1210469 from the Sales and Use Tax Department to the Planning and Zoning Department at no charge and authorize the Chairman to execute the Fixed Asset Form.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The Sales & Use Tax Department would like to transfer a 2013 Chevrolet Impala they are no longer using to the Planning and Zoning Department at no charge.  Staff recommends the Commission approve the transfer of the 2013 Chevrolet Impala VIN #2G1WF5E3XD1210469 from the Sales & Use Tax Department to the Planning and Zoning Department at no charge and authorize the Chairman to execute the Fixed Asset Form.
