BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Bid was opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on April 26, 2023, at 2:30 P.M. One (1) bid was received. Staff recommends the Commission award the bid to Aviaway, LLC for the purchase and installation of ceiling netting for Baldwin County Highway Maintenance Facility (Area 300) located in Foley, Alabama in the bid amount of $22,500.00.
Previous Commission action/date:
04/04/2023 Meeting: Approved the specifications and authorized the Purchasing Director to place a competitive bid for the Purchase and Installation of Ceiling Netting for Baldwin County Highway Maintenance Facility (Area 300) Located in Foley, Alabama; and further, authorized the Chairman/Purchasing Division Commissioner for the Baldwin County Commission to approve any necessary addendums or clarifications if required after the bid was advertised.
