STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve License Agreement #26015 permitting John Davidson Properties, LLC, to clear small scrub trees and construct a 12-foot asphalt driveway to access his property.
The term of this Agreement shall commence on the date of full execution. License for Installation shall terminate at 11:59 p.m. on September 30, 2027. Maintenance shall be indefinite according to the terms of the Agreement or until modified by written agreement with Licensor.

Background: John Davidson Properties, LLC, desires to clear small scrub trees and construct a 12-foot asphalt driveway to access his property. Any damage to private property or County right-of-way shall be repaired to the previous state or improved as required by the Baldwin County Commission.
