STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Due to the passing of Act 2026-512, adopt the following new Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Board county license fees for Fiscal Year 2026-2027, and authorize the Chairman to execute the attached Alabama ABC Board forms for the adopted county license fees:

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The passing of Act No. 2026-512 during the 2026 Alabama Legislative session created four new alcohol license types to be issued by the Alabama ABC Board.
The Baldwin County Commission adopts a levy for county alcoholic beverage license fees annually for the upcoming Fiscal Year. The Alabama ABC Board collects these fees and remits them to the County to be deposited into the General Fund. The FY 2026-2027 fees were approved during the March 17, 2026, BCC Regular meeting.
The current fees are as follows:
