Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-005, which approves the modification of Case No. PID23-01, Ecovery LLC, as it pertains to parking modifications to the Planned Industrial Development (PID) Site Plan.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background The subject property is currently zoned M-2, General Industrial District and RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located in Planning District 12 in the Loxley area.  The applicant is asking to modify the previously approved site plan to have less parking.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at their September 5, 2024, meeting and voted 7-0 to recommend APPROVAL to the County Commission.
