STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the general layout approach of the renovations of the Central Annex II 3rd and 4th floors; and
2) Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Professional Services Agreement for architectural services in the amount of $8,600.00 with McCollough Architecture, Inc., for the design of renovations to the Baldwin County Central Annex II building located in Robertsdale, Alabama, for the Highway Department and authorize the Architect and Purchasing Director to bid the project.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: McCollough Architecture, Inc., has submitted a Professional Services Agreement for the architectural services for the design of renovations to the Baldwin County Central Annex II building 3rd and 4th floors for new offices and security improvements for the Highway Department in the amount of $8,600.00. The Commission approved to fund this project during the FY 2026 budget. Staff recommends the Commission approve the design and agreement and authorize the Architect and Purchasing Director to bid the project.
Previous Commission action/date: 09/16/2025 meeting: Adopted the Baldwin County FY 2025-2026 Budget (Resolution #2025-171).
