Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-060, which approves Case No. Z24-49, Johnson Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 58 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 22, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located east of Highway 83, north of Kichler Circle and south of Grubber’s Lane near the town of Elberta. The applicant is requesting to rezone 58 acres from RA to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, for the purpose of single family housing.
