STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Approve the promotion of Megan Biggs from the Operations Support Specialist II position (#5381) grade 307 ($21.78 per hour / $45,305.00 annually), in the Highway Maintenance Department (53130), to fill the vacant Operations Support Specialist III position (#3045) at a grade 309 ($23.52 per hour / $48,921.60 annually), in the Highway Administration Department (53100), to be effective no sooner than December 1, 2025.

Background:  Reason for replacement Item: Staff Recommendation revised to adjust promotional pay due to recent evaluation. The Operations Support Specialist III position was vacated due to the resignation of the previous employee. The County Engineer respectfully requests that the above recommendation is approved.
