Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-164, which approves Case No. Z25-38, Roche Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 0.63 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 26, from B-2, Neighborhood Business District, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District.

Background: The subject property is currently zoned B-2, Neighborhood Business District, and is located south of County Road 32 and east of Scenic Highway 98 in the Point Clear community. The applicant is requesting to rezone from B-2 to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, for the purpose of single family housing.
