Recommendation
Adopt Resolution #2026-127 amending the FY 2026 Budget (Resolution #2025-170 and Resolution #2025-171, adopted September 16, 2025) in order to reallocate various funds.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Budget Director respectfully requests the transfer of $84,000.00 from Reappraisal - Contract Services to Reappraisal - Capital Outlay Improvements to cover the additional cost to include alternate #1 of bid #WG26-32 - Purchase & Installation of HVAC Upgrade to BC Annex V Revenue Commission Bldg. located in Bay Minette, AL, for an additional pump for the HVAC Upgrade at Annex V.
The Budget Director respectfully requests the transfer of $220,000.00 from Corrections - Insurance Building and Contents to General Fund Building - Insurance Building and Contents to align budget with actual expenditures.
Previous Commission action/date: 09/16/2025 BCC Regular Meeting - Adoption of the FY 2026 Budget.
