Adopt Resolution #2025-150, which approves Case No. Z25-31, Davis Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 2 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 21, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property Is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located south of County Road 16 and west of Sherman Road in the Foley area. The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately two acres from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, for the purpose of single family housing.
