STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the Fort Morgan Radio Tower Rental Agreement between the Baldwin County Commission and Tower Equities, LLC. This Agreement will provide space to house P-25 infrastructure, thereby increasing the coverage area for First Responders.
The term of this Agreement shall begin upon full execution and automatically renew for a successive two (2) year term billed monthly at $1,200.00.
This Agreement supersedes and makes null and void the previous Agreement approved by the Commission on September 16, 2025.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Tower Equities, LLC, has agreed to provide space on a vertical asset and shelter to serve the needs of the Baldwin County Commission located in the Fort Morgan area. This Agreement will secure this location as well as outline the services that will be provided.
Previous Commission action/date: 09/16/2025 - Approved the Rental Agreement with Tower Equities, LLC, for Fort Morgan Radio Tower.
