STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Approve the Highway Department transferring the following vehicles and equipment to other Highway sections/locations at no cost:

2021 Ford F550 Service Truck - VIN# 1FDUF5HT3MEC71103

2021 Ford F550 Service Truck - VIN# 1FDUF5HT5MEC71104

2024 Ford F150 Pickup Truck - VIN# 1FTEW1LP6RKF31952

2025 Kenworth T880 Dump Truck - VIN# 1NKZXPTX3SJ160552; and

2) Authorize the Chairman to execute the Fixed Asset Change Forms.

Administration Staff have forms signed by Chairman and email to Wanda Gautney, Purchasing Director. DJ White to handle the transfer of vehicles and equipment.
