Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-061, which approves Case No. PRD24-07, Bear Creek, as it pertains to the Planned Residential Development (PRD) Site Plan approval.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located in Planning District 22 in the Elberta area. The applicant is asking to rezone to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, with the limitations and restrictions governed by a PRD Site Plan. The applicant would like PRD approval to create a 247-site residential development.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at their December 5, 2024, meeting and voted 6-0 to recommend DENIAL to the County Commission.
