BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  Bids were opened in the Purchasing Conference Room on March 11, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. Three (3) bids were received. No bids were received for the Articulating Concrete Block Mats. Highway staff recommendation is to not re-bid this category at this time. Staff recommendation is to award the bid for the Provision of Erosion Control Materials to the lowest responsible bidders, Baldwin Feed and Seed, LLC, Cleverdon Farms, Inc., and Evans and Company, Inc., per the Award Listings.
