Approve and Authorize the Chairman to execute the Price Quotation with Carahsoft Technology Corp. for Polimorphic Communication Platform.
The Price Quotation shall be effective immediately upon the same date as its full execution.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: Polimorphic will replace the Citibot application that is currently in use. The Polimorphic Communication Platform provides AI-based chat solutions for residents and their governments for efficient and timely communication. Using text messaging (SMS) and web chat technology, the Polimorphic Communication Platform automates customer service and increases citizen engagement, building relationships of trust between Baldwin County and its residents.
