STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Take the following actions:

1) Approve the promotion of Lindsey Sellers from Assistant License Revenue Administrator (#3056) grade 311 ($27.43 per hour / $57,054.40 annually) to fill the License Revenue Administrator position (#157) at a grade 313 ($29.62 per hour / $61,609.60 annually) to be effective no sooner than May 19, 2025; and

 

2) Approve the promotion of Heather Taylor from the License Revenue Officer II position (#626) grade 307 ($24.16 per hour / $50,525.80 annually) to fill the Assistant License Revenue Administrator (#5150) grade 311 ($26.58 per hour / $55,286.40 annually) to be effective no sooner than May 19, 2025; and

 

3) Approve the employment of Dixie Bray to fill the vacant Recording Officer I position (#309) at a grade 306 ($17.01 per hour / $35,380.80 annually) to be effective no sooner than May 12, 2025.

Background:  The Probate positions were vacated by the retirement of the previous employees. The Probate Judge respectfully requests that the above recommendations are approved.
