Adopt Resolution #2025-083, which approves Case No. Z24-55, No Doubt Holdings, LLC, Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 4.2 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 39, from BCZ, Base Community Zoning District, to RR, Rural District, for the purpose of a contractor’s yard.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The subject property is currently zoned BCZ, Base Community Zoning District, and is located south of Nix Lane and west of State Highway 181 in the Fairhope community. The applicant is requesting to rezone +/- 4.2 acres from BCZ, to RR, Rural District, for the purpose of a contractor’s yard.
The Planning Commission recommended APPROVAL at their February 6, 2025, meeting.
