STAFF RECOMMENDATION

Recommendation

Approve the addition of the following employee to the County Take Home Vehicle List with an effective date of April 15, 2025:

Douglas Acker, Area 300 Assistant Area Supervisor, 2023 Ford F-150 XL Super Crew Cab 4x4, 21 miles round trip.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  Douglas Acker was approved to fill the Area 300 Assistant Area Supervisor position during the February 18, 2025, Regular Meeting. This position has a take home vehicle to allow a timely response to after hours call-outs in a reliable, available County vehicle that can transverse rough terrain as often necessary, and that has appropriate items needed subject to call-outs for a variety of matters, such as employee accident, the weather affecting a road / bridge, etc. Also, to be used for after hours and weekend appointments.
