BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located in Planning District 26 in the Point Clear area. The applicant is asking to rezone approximately 91.08 acres to RSF-1, Residential Single Family District, with the limitations and restrictions governed by a Planned Residential Development (PRD) Conceptual Site Plan. The applicant would like Conceptual PRD approval to create 126 single-family sites with a golf course.
