STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Approve a contract between Baldwin County and Jennifer P. McDade, with McDade Valuation & Consulting, for right-of-way acquisition appraisals on future projects of the Highway Department. (This contract shall become effective April 7, 2020 (pending full execution by both parties) and will terminate on June 1, 2022 or five (5) days written notice by either party.)

Background: Upon contract approval by the Commission, Ms. McDade will be added to the list of appraisers to be used for right-of-way acquisition appraisals on future Highway Department projects.
All cost for future services will be charged to the specific Highway project requiring an appraisal for right-of-way acquisition.
