Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2026-040, which approves Case No. Z25-60, Lickin Good Fairhope LLC Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 0.9 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 37, from B-2, Neighborhood Business District, to B-3, General Business District.

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned B-2, Neighborhood Business District, and is located east of State Highway 181 and south of State Highway 104. The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 0.9 acres from B-2 to B-3, General Business District, for commercial use including a drive-thru.
