Adopt Resolution #2025-071, which approves Case No. Z24-53, Gatlin Property, as it pertains to the rezoning of 40 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 30, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District.

Background: The subject property is currently zoned RA, Rural Agricultural District, and is located north of the Foley Beach Express and west of Roscoe Road. The applicant is requesting to rezone 40+/- acres from RA to RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, for the purpose of single family housing.
