STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the promotion of James Marshall from the Operator Technician II position (#894) grade 309 ($22.99 per hour / $47,815.25 annually) to fill the open Operator Technician III position (#889) at a grade 310 ($24.83 per hour / $51,646.40 annually); and
2) Approve the promotion of Logan Brock from the Operator Technician II position (#5683) grade 309 ($23.09 per hour / $48,019.30 annually) to fill the open Operator Technician III position (#292) at a grade 310 ($24.94 per hour / $51,875.20 annually).
These actions shall be effective no sooner than October 19, 2026.
