Recommendation

Adopt Resolution #2025-021, which approves Case No. Z24-38, Dukes Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 2.46 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 15, from B2, Neighborhood Business, to B3, General Business.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION

 

Background:  The subject property is currently zoned B2, Neighborhood Business, and is located in Planning District 15 on the south side of County Road 64, east of Austin Road.  The applicant is asking for B3, General Business, to be compliant with current use.

 

The Planning Commission considered this request at their October 3, 2024, meeting and voted 9-0 to recommend Approval to the County Commission.
