STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Take the following actions:
1) Approve the promotion of Katrina Taylor from the Grants Administrator position (#5616) grade S318 ($86,676.56 annually) to fill the Grants and Compliance Manager position (#5706) at a grade S319 ($93,610.68 annually); and
2) Approve the employment of Alivia Wade to fill the Grants and Research Coordinator position (#5616) at a grade S316 ($60,465.60 annually).
These actions shall be effective no sooner than July 27, 2026.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION
Background: The Grants Director position was vacated in June due to the resignation of the previous employee, and the position was reclassified to Grants and Compliance Manager during the June 2, 2026, Regular Meeting. The Grants Administrator position was reclassified to Grants and Research Coordinator during the July 7, 2026, Regular Meeting. The Director of Finance respectfully requests that the above recommendations are approved.
