The current zoning is RSF-1, Single-Family District, and the requested zoning is RSF-E, Single-Family Estate District, for the purpose of allowing for an accessory structure to house agricultural equipment and allow horses on the property.
The Planning Commission considered this request at its June 3, 2021, meeting and voted unanimously to recommend approval to the County Commission.
