STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommendation
Consider the applicant’s request to rezone the subject property from RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, to RSF-3, Residential Single Family District, based on the information provided in the staff report and the public comments received.
Should the Commission determine that the request is consistent with the Zoning Ordinance, adopt Resolution #2026-064, which approves Case No. Z26-08, Coburn Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 19 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 14 from RSF-2, Residential Single Family District, to RSF-3, Residential Single Family District.
