Background: The subject property is currently zoned B-1, Professional Business District, and is located in Planning District 37, east of State Highway 181, north of County Rd 48 and south of Gayfer Rd Ext. The applicant is asking that it be rezoned to B-2 Neighborhood Business District in order to convert the existing building into an antique store.
