Recommendation
Consider the applicant’s request to rezone the subject property from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-E, Residential Single Family Estate District, and RR, Rural District, based on the information provided in the staff report and the public comments received.
Should the Commission determine that the request is consistent with the Zoning Ordinance, adopt Resolution #2026-098, which approves Case No. Z26-17, GPS Land Company Property Rezoning, as it pertains to the rezoning of 4.12 acres, more or less, as located in Planning (Zoning) District 12, from RA, Rural Agricultural District, to RSF-E, Residential Single Family Estate District, and RR, Rural District.
